Terms and conditions :

1. Entry: Entry is made by following the two Instagram accounts @uppercrust_uk and @londonfamilydaysout, liking the promotional Instagram post and commenting on it. Upper Crust and SSP reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms without notice. Competition close date is 24th July at 16.30pm.
2. Prize Details: The opening date of the prize draw is Monday 30th June. The winner will be selected by a random computer generator on 25th July. The winner will be notified via Instagram DMs from @uppercrust_uk. If a winner doesn’t respond within 24 hours, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and SSP will be entitled to select another winner. If products are not available we will do our best to match as closely as possible the prize. The promoter may substitute a prize of equal value without notice. The prize can be picked up from an Upper Crust organised in advance via Instagram DMs. This competition is not affiliated with Instagram. No cash alternatives. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability.
3. Eligibility: Employees of Select Service Partner UK Limited, associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible. The prize draw is open to all UK residents. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
4. Liability: The promoter excludes all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, except for liability due to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence. The winner takes full responsibility for their own allergen requirements. We use shared equipment to prepare our food and cannot guarantee they are allergen free.  SSP accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind SSP accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property related to the competition belongs to Select Service Partner UK Limited or its licensors.
6. SSP must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation SSP will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails ilovebaguettes@uppercrust.couk or writes to Brand Team, SSP, 32 Jamestown Road, NW1 7BY (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact SSP on ilovebaguettes@uppercrust.co.uk. In such circumstances, SSP must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. SSP reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. SSP reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
