Every month we’ll be picking one of our subscribers to enjoy a year’s supply of free baguettes. No, really, that’s 12 month’s of our delicious filled baguettes – so you can stick with your favourite and remain faithful OR mix it up every week trying all the classics as well as our new and exciting seasonal flavours.

How to claim your rewards

Whether it’s your Welcome to our Mailing List 50% off baguette offer, our delicious monthly rewards or any of our surprise drop promotions, you can use the steps below to claim your reward.

Use your reward

Pick your items, show our team you have a reward to claim, scan the barcode and enjoy your discounted treats and eats.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Entry: Entry is made by signing up to the Upper Crust mailing list. You must be signed up on between 1st – 8th of every month in order to be entered into the prize draw. Upper Crust and SSP reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms without notice.
2. Prize Details: The opening date of the prize draw is 1st June 2025. The winner will be selected by a random computer generator by 8th of every month. The winner will be notified by email from ilovebaguettes@uppercrust.co.uk before 8th of every month. They must reply to that email within 48 hours in order to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to SSP within this specified timeframe, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited. The next winner will the chosen the following month in the same fashion. There is only one winner per month. The prize will be one baguette a week for 52 weeks following on some arrangement of prize at the earliest convenience. The prize can be claimed at any UK rail-based Upper Crust location. A voucher will be sent in order to claim the baguette each week. If the code is not scanned before the week is up, that week’s baguette is forfeited. If a baguette is not available we will do our best to match as closely as possible the prize. . The promoter may substitute a prize of equal value without notice. The winner must have a valid email address and be signed up to the mailing list for the whole duration of their prize. No cash alternatives. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. The prize must only be used by the recipient of the email. SSP reserves the right to remove or end the prize at any time.
3. Eligibility: Employees of Select Service Partner UK Limited, associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible. The prize draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 who are signed up to the Upper Crust database. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
4. Liability: The promoter excludes all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, except for liability due to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence. The winner takes full responsibility for their own allergen requirements. Allergens QR codes are available at all Upper Crusts. Please ask a team member if you need any more information. SSP accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. SSP accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
5. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property related to the competition belongs to Select Service Partner UK Limited or its licensors.
6. SSP must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation SSP will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails ilovebaguettes@uppercrust.couk or writes to Brand Team, SSP, 32 Jamestown Road, NW1 7BY (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month of each prize winner being picked. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact SSP on ilovebaguettes@uppercrust.co.uk. In such circumstances, SSP must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. SSP reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. SSP reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter of this prize draw is Select Service Partner (UK) Limited (“SSP”) of 32 Jamestown Road, London NW1 7HW. By entering, participants agree to these terms. This competition is governed by English law, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
