Guess who’s back? Upper Crust at Crewe Station
Oh you thought you could just breeze through Crewe train station without visiting us? Think again! Upper Crust is back, and we’re here to make sure your train journey doesn’t involve a soggy sandwich or – heaven forbid – skipping breakfast entirely.
We know you’ve missed us. And those freshly baked baguettes. And that great cup of coffee.

You’ll be delighted to hear that we’re still serving up the classics you love – ham & cheese (still our MVP), tuna mayo (back and better than ever) but we have extended the range on offer too. Since we were closed for refurbishment you might notice our shiny new counter – that means we can fit a load more flavours of baguettes including our new favourite, chicken pesto and rocket.
But let’s not forget our USP; being there when you’re desperate. Early morning train, hungover and late for a connection, catching the 12.07 to Manchester? We’ve got croissants fresh from the oven, coffee stronger than anyone else’s and baguettes that make you feel like a winner as you sprint to platform 4.
New look, same fantastic baguettes
We’ve given the place a facelift, because, well – we needed it! And you’ll be impressed with the difference a lick of paint, tiles, a bigger fridge, a new counter, new coffee machines, beautiful seating and chairs can do. We’re shinier and wayyyy more instagrammable than ever before.
But don’t worry, we’re still the friendly, efficient legends that you know and love. We’ll get you your food fast enough that you might not have time to decide whether you actually need that packet of crisps (spoiler, you do.)
