We’re over 40 years old… but we’re new to this. We want to make sure that the rewards we give you, are the ones that suit you best. So we will learning from your feedback and the rewards you claim as to what you like. Then we’ll reset the programme and send you a brand new round of rewards.

You’ll only get your welcome offer of 50% off a baguette once… but as long as you’re still interested, you will keep being sent the new round of rewards.

Terms and Conditions:

Entry: Only one entry per person. Entry must be made by signing up to the Upper Crust mailing list between 1st January 2025 and 31st January 2025. Upper Crust and SSP reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms without notice. Competition close date is 31st January at 4pm.
Prize Details: The opening date of the prize draw is 1st January 2025. The winner will be selected by a random computer generator on 1st February 2025. The winner will be notified by email from ilovebaguettes@uppercrust.co.uk before 1st February 5pm and must reply to that email by 2nd February 2025 at 12pm. If a winner does not respond to SSP within this specified timeframe, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and SSP will be entitled to select another winner. This next winner will be notified by 3rd February 5pm and must respond by 4th February 12pm. This will continue in this pattern until a winner has successfully replied to accept the prize. The prize will be one baguette a week for 52 weeks following on some arrangement of prize at the earliest convenience. The prize can be claimed at any UK based Upper Crust. A voucher will be sent on XXXX of every week with that week’s code. If the code is not scanned before the week is up, that week’s baguette is forfeited. If a baguette is not available we will do our best to match as closely as possible the prize. . The promoter may substitute a prize of equal value without notice. The winner must have a valid email address and be signed up to the mailing list for the whole duration of their prize. No cash alternatives. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. The prize must only be used by the recipient of the email.
Eligibility: Employees of Select Service Partner UK Limited, associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible. The prize draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 who are not already signed up to the Upper Crust database prior to 1st January 2025. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is neccesary.
Liability: The promoter excludes all liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, except for liability due to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence. The winner takes full responsibility for their own allergen requirements. Allergens QR codes are available at all Upper Crusts. Please ask a team member if you need any more information. SSP accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind SSP accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
Intellectual Property: All intellectual property related to the competition belongs to Select Service Partner UK Limited or its licensors.
SSP must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation SSP will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails ilovebaguettes@uppercrust.couk or writes to Brand Team, SSP, 32 Jamestown Road, NW1 7BY (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact SSP on ilovebaguettes@uppercrust.co.uk. In such circumstances, SSP must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. SSP reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. SSP reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter of this prize draw is Select Service Partner (UK) Limited (“SSP”) of 32 Jamestown Road, London NW1 7HW. By entering, participants agree to these terms. This competition is governed by English law, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
